It was good, I liked how he made them over too. He was fairly positive too. He is the typical no-nonsense brit on that red carpet best and worst dressed show with the chick that used to be on the View.
Yes, I like how he doesn't just make over the store but also the people working there because it is true that it's all about the "image." Madeline and her Mom were happy with the way the show turned out.
